Open to 10-12 grade students. An introductory course in technical drawings using AutoCAD as the main drawing system. This course will cover basic drawing skills with emphasis on engineering and architecture.   1-2, 5-6
Drafting Design Technology II  #009337 (2)

Prerequisite: Drafting I. Open to 10-12  grade students.

An intermediate course in technical drawings in which students will be introduced to various drafting disciplines as architectural, civil, structural, and piping. Completing Drafting 1 and 2 will allow the student to test for an Industry Based Certification (IBC) to be a certified drafter through the American Design Drafting Association. 1-2, 5-6

Prerequisites: Drafting 1 –AND- Drafting 2. Open to 12th grade students. This is an advanced course in technical drawings which will use a more comprehensive approach to AutoCAD and drafting disciplines. Students will be eligible to test for Industry Based Certification (IBC) through the American Design Drafting Association. 1-2, 5-6
Engineering Design I #006475 1 This course is scheduled with Drafting I, II, or III to complete a 3 hour block. This is an introduction to the various field of engineering and architecture through study, research, and projects related to those fields. 3,7
Engineering Design II #006482 1 Prerequisite:  Engineering Design I; This course is scheduled with Drafting I, II, or III to complete a three hour block. This is a continuation of Engineering Design I with study, research and projects related to areas in engineering and architecture.
