Welcome to Counselor's Corner

VIP provides live instruction to students on their school campus from teachers at Lake Charles Boston Academy. Students are scheduled to to go a VIP Lab on their campus for the class time of the live instruction. Students log into the class each day at the designated time for instruction from the VIP teacher. Synchronous teaching is happening every school day in all 11 high schools from teachers at LCBA. Many of the VIP classes are dual enrollment through Sowela. Students can strategically design a graduation plan that could include earning a Certificate of General Studies (30 college credits) or an Associate's Degree (60 college credits), all with VIP courses.
